I'm no idiot but this game's making me feel like one, am I missing something? I also disabled for testing all the network manipulation applications (application and service) I have on my pc and (fortunately - or else it would've been direct uninstall) the game still didn't launch. Since it looks like I'm having a network issue, I tried switching to a 4G+ isp that speedtests at 29ms / 47 dl / 35 ul, surely enough (thought that my poor 5.5/0.4 was the issue here). The game works WITHOUT an active internet connection and takes me to the menu (where I can't do anything, since of course I need to be connected), at least the game's not corrupted. Most important running in background applications are:- Anti-Virus OFF (imagine it not even being there)- Razer Central- Vanguard anti-cheat (can't remove, only disable for current session, cuz it's a pain to get it working again)- Discord- Logitech G Hub- Wallpaper Engine (paused while interacting with other windows)- NetLimiter (doesn't touch BattleEye or anything related)- Connectify Dispatch (turned off)ĭon't know what the issue could be so your help would surely be appreciated I3 8350k - 1060 6GB - 16 GB DDRMhz - Game's installed on a D letter HDD (about 80 read 50 write, an old one, but never gave up) which is not running the OS The game launches without an active internet connection running in background Tried launching with a different ISP with better speed exe and redownloaded them by checking integrityĬhecked if AES-NI is supported by my processor and currently enabled in BIOS (it is) Integrity check from steam -> nothing found

Moved the game to the C drive, where Battleye isĭeleted Battleye_d2.exe and Battleye service from Common/Battleye folder and re-downloaded them by launching the game Switched to ECO mode in my Gigabyte tool for the 1060 clock management Using compatibility mode and/or DPI optimization and/or execute as adminĭisabled active network manipulation services Overlays have been disabled (Steam, Nvidia, xbox gamebar) No overclock done to any of my components except RAM xmp Reinstalled BattleEye using the installer from Destiny 2 directory, 2 timesĭestiny 2 is firewall free, also firewall is disabled so. First two remain executed until I end them manually, steam also thinks I'm playing the game.

Typical bungie issue: trying to launch the game from Steam and doesn't do anything, destiny.exe and destiny launcher.exe are running in background with the BattleEye service that tries to do something but apparently doesn't succeed (cpu usage goes to 30% for a couple of seconds).
